Identity verification (KYC): before the first withdrawal, 456br requires identity verification. The required documents are: a government-issued photo ID (RG or CNH), proof of address issued within the last three months, and in some cases, a selfie holding the document. The review period is up to 48 business hours after all documents have been submitted.
Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials (email and password) confidential. 456br is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from the user's own negligence in protecting their login information. 456br reserves the right to request additional documentation for deposits above certain amounts, as part of anti-money laundering (AML) obligations required under Brazilian law.
Withdrawals on 456br are available for the real account balance (bonus balance subject to pending rollover is not included). Available withdrawal methods are Pix and TED bank transfers to accounts held in the name of the registered account holder.
The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. Processing time is up to 3 minutes for accounts with completed identity verification via Pix. For TED, the timeframe is up to 1 business day. 456br does not charge fees on withdrawals made within the account's standard limits.
Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts or Pix keys linked to the same CPF registered on 456br. Withdrawals to third parties are not permitted under any circumstances. 456br may request additional documentation for withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 as part of regulatory compliance procedures.
Bonus balance can only be withdrawn after the full rollover requirement of the corresponding promotion has been met. Uncleared bonus balance cannot be transferred to real balance.
456br offers Sports Betting across a wide range of sports, with highlights including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores), volleyball (Superliga, Liga das Nações), MMA/UFC, e-sports, and basketball (NBB), among others. Odds are calculated by 456br's trading team and may be updated at any time before a bet is confirmed.
Bet confirmation and validity: a bet is considered valid only after a ticket number is generated and displayed on the confirmation screen. Bets not confirmed due to a technical failure on the user's connection are not the responsibility of 456br.
Event cancellation: if a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or ended before the minimum time required for an official result to be recorded, all bets on that event will be fully refunded to the user's real balance. In accumulators, the affected selection is removed and the bet continues with the remaining selections at the adjusted odds.
Odds errors: 456br reserves the right to cancel bets placed at odds containing clear errors — whether typographical or publishing mistakes — notifying the user and refunding the amount wagered.
The minimum amount per bet is R$ 5.00. The maximum amount varies by sport, market, and account level. Live betting is available based on each match's coverage, with odds updated in real time.
456br offers casino games — including slots, blackjack, Live Casino, and crash games such as Aviator and Spaceman — provided by internationally certified suppliers. The RTP (return to player) for each game is declared by the provider and displayed within the game interface.
The crash games available on 456br use provably fair technology. Each round's outcome is determined by a verifiable cryptographic algorithm: before each round, a hash of the seed is published; after the round, the seed is revealed and any user can independently verify the match.
456br acts as a game distribution operator, not a developer. The specific rules for each game are set by the provider and made available within the game's own interface. In the event of a technical failure during a casino round, the outcome is determined by the provider's server, not the user's device.

For the resolution of any disputes arising from this agreement, the courts of the district of São Paulo, SP, are hereby elected as the exclusive jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other, however privileged.
